Battery Nerd is a battery monitoring app that displays battery, charging, and power-related information on your device.

Information the app accesses

Battery Nerd may access battery and device telemetry made available by Android, such as:

• battery level
• charging status
• charge/discharge power estimates
• voltage, current, temperature, and related battery information
• locally recorded battery session history created by the user

How information is used

This information is used only to:

• display live battery and charging information in the app
• show lock screen / screen saver charging visuals
• record battery usage sessions requested by the user
• estimate charging time or remaining battery time

Data sharing

Battery Nerd does not sell your personal data.
Battery Nerd does not share your battery data or session history with third parties.

Data storage

Battery session history and related app data are stored locally on your device unless Android system backup restores app data as part of device backup/restore features.

Data collection

Battery Nerd does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, contacts, photos, messages, or location.

Ads

Battery Nerd does not display third-party ads.

Children

Battery Nerd is not designed specifically for children under 13.

Security

Reasonable care is taken to keep app data stored on-device only. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
